Qualifications include: - A pioneering spirit and at least five years experience leading and managing reporters, both on teams and individually, through local and national investigative projects involving complex topics. -A demonstrated ability to encourage, inspire and motivate reporters to dig deeper and tell compelling, clear, fair-minded investigative and impactful stories in a variety of formats. - Experience managing and editing multi-media, narrative and data-driven investigations, including short-term projects and deep dives. -A digital-first mindset: a desire to develop and try new techniques in digital storytelling is a must.
